  • Can the library send or receive faxes?
    We can send faxes. Each fax is $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each page after.


  • Does the library have a story hour for kids?
    Yes! Story and Craft time is at 10:30am every Saturday!



  • Does the library have genealogy and local history resources?
    Yes, view the Genealogy & Local History page for details. We are also embarking on an exciting new venture, using Flickr.com to post digital photos of Hartland. We currently have many of our replica postcards and will soon have areial photos, town report covers and some of the pictured from the Hartland Academy yearbooks. Check the link on the right side of the main page.


  • Does the library accept book donations?
    Yes! Hartland Public Library accepts donations of books, audio books, and videos that are new and in good condition. Anything you donate will be used to foster the library. Currently, we add some, sell some and put others on the free shelf for our patrons to take!



  • Does the library have a meeting space we can use?
    Yes, there is a meeting room in the basement of the library.
